The best place to get acupuncture! First off, when you walk in, the place feels so serene and calm. Very clean, too, just as a clinic should be. Christian was kind, empathetic, yet very professional. He listened to my concerns and issues and provided the treatment that was exactly what I needed. I left feeling relaxed and stress-free for the rest of the day (and even into the next day!). I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Christian knows his stuff, or at least my body sure tells my brain that he does! I’ve been seeing him for dry needling treatment going on a year now and it has does done more for me than deep tissue massage. Highly recommend for anyone seeking tension relief, recovery or even regular maintenance.

I came to Pins and Needles to work through a long lasting tennis elbow injury I suffered while playing in the Mario Kart World Championships on Nintendo Switch. As an weekend warrior athlete, this was devastating - and it took me out of the gym for months. I tried self icing, heat compression, and theragun for months before I learned about the dry needling technique.

Anyway - I came in for a consultation with Dr. Christian Curtis and I could immediately tell he knew what he was talking about. He asked all the right questions, made no assumptions, and found the source of the problem within minutes.
After 3-4 sessions of Dry Needling with Pins and Needles, my tennis elbow is 90% gone and I'm back in the gym training for the next Mario Kart series coming up in January down in Capetown, South Africa.

Joanna, one of the massage therapists here, is very good. Excellent pressure and a wonderful blend of relaxing while also really getting to the root of the muscle tension. And especial shout out for her fluid transitions between muscles that contributed to a calm ambiance and feeling like she really got to all the problem areas while still doing a full body massage.

At the suggestion of my chiropractor, I made an appointment with Adrian at Pins and Needles. This was my first experience with acupuncture and Adrian not only made sure that it was a comfortable introduction, but provided a detailed explanation of the process and treatment goals during the initial appointment. I was seeking relief from an on-going hamstring and glute injury that had frustrated my endurance training for nearly two years. After the first appointment, I felt relief with steady improvement as treatments progressed. As I increased my mileage and activities, Adrian recognized inhibited movement patterns and modified my treatment accordingly. Through a series of sessions, I was able to get back to my training goals pain-free. Woo-hoo!

I started having pain in my left shoulder during my second month of pregnancy that continued to worsen. Initially I was seeing a chiropractor once a week and after 3 months of treatment, I was making no progress and the pain was actually getting more severe. I started seeing Adrian for acupuncture and now after 4 sessions I am virtually pain free. He was able to quickly diagnosis what was causing the pain and the combination of acupuncture and taping he used has been highly effective. I’m so thankful for his expertise in treating shoulders and highly recommend him!
