Adrian Hillyer LAc, LMT, CPT

 

Adrian Hillyer is a Licensed Acupuncturist, Licensed Massage Practitioner, and Certified Personal Trainer who graduated from Rainstar College with a certificate in massage therapy and from the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture with a Masters in Acupuncture. He is also certified by the NCCAOM as a Diplomat of Acupuncture and ISSA as Personal Trainer. Adrian focuses on trigger point needling and integrating corrective exercises to provide a unique treatment for his patients. He focuses on sports medicine providing athletes with fast results so they can return to what they love. He has also receivede certifications in advanced Dry Needling. Adrian has been published many times for articles on natural health and has done live radio interviews speaking about sports medicine and acupuntcure.

When Adrian is not seeing patients in his Bellevue clinic he is an avid athlete. He enjoys studying martial arts, practicing circus arts, and mountaineering. He is working towards summiting all the active volcanoes in Washington and has completed three of the five including the two largest in the State, Mt Rainier and Mt Adams. He has been training in traditional martial arts for over 20 years and brings the dedication and discipline he has learned from martial arts into his alternative medical training. He currently instructs children and adults in Karate at his local YMCA. He also volunteers at a local circus school teaching handbalancing and conditioning coach for professional and amateur circus artsists. Other hobbies Adrian enjoys are playing with his two children, rescue dog Zoey and spending time with his beautiful wife.
